  • Strategic Development – Created the brand and strategic direction for the company’s events and education divisions. Grew the business from a part-time events company into a fully developed music studio, education facility, label, and events agency. Responsible for increasing profitability 333% and revenue growth 138% from 2015-2017.

  • Team Leadership - Led a team of twelve and was responsible for the successful execution of more than 120 music/music education events and 20 label releases from local and international artists.

  • Skilled Negotiation - Successfully negotiated the international licensing of the business model, curriculum, and core IP in 2017.
